Re: Wonder if Johnny has one of these? I'm currently helping my brother in law building a small simulator ( Cessna, half cockpit... )  But it won't be near as nice as this one. Better not show him this linK!!!!!   Well done..... I'd build an Apache though! More action... more fun. Frerik

Re: Wonder if Johnny has one of these? Why would he want that when he has the real thing to play with Impressive stuff though and a reminder of how much technology has advanced. Many years ago as a cadet in the ATC, we went on a week long camp to RAF Wittering where the 233 Harrier OCU squadron is based. I was lucky enough to get to fly their Harrier simulator - fantastic experience - especially for a 14 year old! However, in those days the simulator was based across two hangers in which were several huge model countrysides etc and a large gantry crane on which a camera was mounted which fed images back to the cockpit. Amazing how it has gone from that to a full on system in someone's home garage Gary

I get bored and try to do aerobatics in a 747 or similar I prefer combat types like IL-2, I then get to shoot and blow things up Check out this driving simulator I found on youtube.
