And off we go. After much anticipation, the AFV Club Duster arrived yesterday and I went right to work. I won't review the kit pieces, as Terry Ashley's review over on PMMS is quite sufficient and thorough. I asked the MA Members what setting I should put this in, Convoy or Perimeter Defense and the latter won out. What I'll use for the setting is....obviously,

The figures, to start off with, are two of Verlinden...I'll critique those when I get to them.

Not much is done, just the suspension, road wheels, idle and drive sprockets and the rear hull plate.

I have to say, this was one of the easiest suspensions I ever built. Detail is good, parts clean up was a cinch and there was no flash. The above represents about an hour worth of work. Unfortunately, I couldn't go further due to some pressing home issues that needed attending to.
Now, on to the upper hull and turret.
