Hello Phill, Nice display units. Now you can add shelves inside that fireplace and hinge a sheet of glass or perspex to it and you will have another display cabinet! ............... That's what i would do anyway Woody...

Postie dropped these off for me this week. The champs out at Model Hobbies (Site Sponsor) sent them out to me pretty quick. Thanks Guys!

 Re: Latest Acquisitions Thread
I don't know about others here but sometimes when stuff comes up on Ebay that's pretty obscure or rare I'll put a lowish bid on not expecting to win so I can say to myself "well at least I tried". Which is all well and good but the last couple of times I've won. The latest is this It's a full resin kit and from the paper work probably approaching 20 years old but the resin appears to be fine with the exception of the barrel which is extremely bowed. Luckily there is now an AM metal barrel for the AS90 so that's not such a problem and it will still be less than the Trumpeter kit and the AA correction set Chris

 Re: Latest Acquisitions Thread
Hi Guys Looks like some of you have been very lucky with recent purchases. Chris (AKA Wheels) - I do like the look of that German Ford (ICM kit), plenty of potential as a post war civilian truck I guess. Anyway, here's my newest arrival. I've been wanting to jump onto this bandwagon (or should that be bus groan) since I saw it was being released at the end of last year. My dear wife Maggie kindly obliged (it was a late Christmas present). All I can is thank you - it's a bloomin' big box filled up with lots of plastic. As with a number of recent Revell releases (Lancaster, Arado floatplane, Bussing truck) I'm not quite sure how they manage to provide so much for your money. The kit looks as it will be big and pretty impressive once finished. If got a feeling that this build will require the whole Prince II treatment, as there is as much (if not more) to paint on the interior as exterior: step 1 Ghantt chart the instructions Cheers Karol
