The tree looks good Yngve! As you say, with a few more branches added it will just look better. The thicker you can make the tree, lending a dark underforest atmosphere, the better! Vinnie

Hello Ygnve, Looking terrific so far. This is going to look great with those trees of which you are doing a awesome job with Yngve wrote: and also use the Forest-in a-Pot from Reality in Scale for the groundwork. Looks like you should see if they have anything called Helmets-in a- Pot too... Woody...

I had used too short branches for it. As any dedicated modeller would do I went into the forest for more moss, despite low hanging clouds and rain. As soon as the moss is dry I`ll make another attempt to make the tree

Rusted helmets...not just helmets. What do you use to thin them out with Yngve?
Vinnie

Re: In the Forest - 1/35
What do you mean thin them out with? I was thinking just adding some barbed wire to the helmet pile, and ofcourse some vegetation. Im cleaning seam lines from the helmets now,and Im halfway done with the last three,,but I need another trip outside for more moss

Re: In the Forest - 1/35
I fixed the helmets, barrels and boxes to the ground and I`ll let it dry and cure until tomorrow. Then the next step will be finishing the trees and paint the groundwork before I can add vegetation. I ordered some figures which hopefully will turn up in the mail one of the days
