Post Balsa foam ruins
I`ve been spending the last week in a orange cloud of balsafoam dust, carving and sanding until it was no other choice than to bring in the vacuum cleaner. Now that the workbench is clean and the other little projects on the bench has been brushed clean from a thick layer of agent orange I took some pics of what I have been making. Its kept quite simple but I hope you like it,and any comments and pointers is very welcome :)

And I made the two last ones so they also could be used together to make this:

Hello Ygnve,

Quite simple you say? You are way too modest mate!

They are totally stunning pieces. I really like the last two put together with the stairs in between.

Very, very cool work!8-)

Wow! Fantastic work Yngve!

Those steps are simply stunning. I love the way they're enclolsed on both sides. :)

Watch the dust though Yngve. I hope you wear a mask, that Balsa Foam dust can be extremely dangerous.

Actually..... no.
And I don't mean that I think he's not good enough!!!!
He could, indeed, sell these as masters....
I mean: he's inspiration...! I love seeing other people use Balsa Foam.
And Yngve is taking a flying start.... WOW.

Some seriously cool stuff.

If you want I can give you a few pointers, but overall.....
you make me want to improve my own style, and gave me a few idea's.

I sincerely like your natural stone techniques Yngve.... top notch!

Frerik

Hi Yngve.
That's some very impressive build's. :)
Love them, I'm going to have to try this stuff sometime.
It must be popular over here as the 2 shops I found selling it where both out of stock.
