I have some dentist equipment I used to make this. I drew the shape of the rocks with a pencil,carved the space between each rock,and carefully scraped the form and texture to every rock. I`ve been doing nothing else than carving new things from this balsa sheet since I got it. My hands hurt and I have blisters on my fingers,but I cant put the material away,Im hooked on carving now
Now Im just hoping Steve will make a SBS on resin casting
Here is the second thing I carved. A semi circular rock MG position,or it can also fit a low calibre infantry cannon. The ruined fighting positions in the Narvik mountains inspired me to cut this one.
