 Early War Panzer Crew
Finished these two a while ago, but sadly they became damaged in transit so I've had to 're-do' them. I think they were amongst some of the first figures I had done....so they really needed redoing too! Vinnie

Hi Vinnie Got to agree, black is difficult and you have "nailed it" The left hand figure's pose looks a little odd, Galen perhaps The right hand figure I have seen in a few reference build books and you have done it justice. The hornet heads are spot on too Nice one Steve H

Lovely paint shading - not my favourite Alpine poses but as Steve says the Hornet heads and your paint job are excellent as ever Rob

 Re: Early War Panzer Crew
Hello Vinnie,
They look great! I have to obtain that Lifecolour Black set. It's seems it may be one of the most useful paint sets to date?

 Re: Early War Panzer Crew
Definitely. You'll be surprised at how 'not' black some of them look, but use them and you'll be surprised by how black they look against other colours. Very useful indeed. REVIEW: LIFECOLOR - Shades of Black Vinnie

 Re: Early War Panzer Crew
Thanks Vinnie, i did see the review you did. Just the way you have used the set on the figures and seeing the differences in the shades of black really reinforces that this set should be in every modelers paint selection Woody...

 Re: Early War Panzer Crew
Definitely agree with that. I was surprised it took somebody so long to bring out a set of this sort, but when you think of it, few manufacturers other than Lifecolor actually 'do' themed sets?
